The Tiger Point Golf Club is the premier Golf Course for the Gulf Coast. The main clubhouse recently underwent a $3M renovation making it one of the area’s most beautiful clubhouses and the golf course was recently voted "Best of the Bay." This property was sold for $1.5M to a local developer.
