Rockwall Estates is a 24 lot development just south of Rockwall Texas. The developer sold two lots (shown in red) prior to G&G taking over the project. Those two lots were sold for $90,000 each.
We have watched the market steadily improve in Rockwall over the last two years. Offers for a bulk sale started at $35,000 per lot in 2010 and we are now seeing offers above $60,000 per lot. Our plan is to continue to monitor the market and sell these lots on a take-down or as a bulk sale when the project can achieve at least $75,000 per lot.
