The property is zoned R4. The property is legally described as 6500 block of Catlett Road and referenced as Foxhaven Subdivision.
G&G does not own the entire development. Another development firm owns approximately 2/3 of the development (shown in purple below). G&G owns 66 lots and the "front door" of the entire development project. NV Homes recently acquired the "Mintbrook" site located just to our east. You can see a rendering of their project along with ours in the pictures below.
