The original plan for this property called for a 44.6 acre commercial parcel planned for office and retail center development within a 130-acre, mixed-use property located in South Middleton Township near Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The site is on flat to gently rolling farmland and was expected to yield 150,000 square feet of retail, 60,000 square feet of townhouse office, and seven commercial pad sites.
Over the last year, we have been working with the local Board of Supervisors to create a plan that helps the town to bring a towncenter feel to this property. This will involve a small commercial center right on Walnut Bottom Road with dense fee-simple townhomes and condos surrounding the commercial development. The density will then trail off towards the back of the proeprty with larger lot single family attached and detached houses. We plan on proffering an athletic field at the very back of the proeprty for public use.
