The Cedar Key Project consists of half of the downtown of a beautiful fishing town on the West Coast of Florida. The property includes five buildings originally built between 1872 and 1911 located on the north side of Second Street (the main street on the island) between Avenue B and Avenue C, as part of a 2.6 acre infill project in this historic Florida port. All of the properties are zoned commercial and are located in a designated historic district. This project is under contract to a local development team and should close by the end of 2021.
