The Chestnut Flats Preserve is over 900 acres of protected wilderness with a unique master plan that is dedicated to embracing its natural surroundings. We have private, mountain top home sites ranging from 2 acres to 5 acres with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Trails wind through the development providing access to wildlife viewing and direct access to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. The development has 31 developed lots available as well as large parcels that could be developed at a later date. G&G recently built and sold 3 new houses lower on the mountain.
