The Linton Hall Road corridor has exploded with development over the last ten years. Initially, G&G owned just over 6 acres of land in the heart of what could be a successful infill development. G&G has recently acquired the adjacent ten acres of land in order to entitle the entire project for single family homes. There is a 2 acre parcel of land that could be acquired and added to the development if it becomes available. G&G is in the process of determining the proper density and development plan for the property.
