Kings Creek LLC consists of a 19,500 sft building in the heart of Adams Morgan. The project was recently approved for 31 condominiums with 21 interior parking spaces. The current building is a former Oldsmobile dealership whose facade will be the centerpiece of the new condominium development. This project is just down the street from the recently completed Edition Hotel, and has direct access through a beautiful brick walkway to all of the restaurants and shops of 18th street. This property is in walking distance from the Woodley Park Metro, a brand new Harris Teeter, Meridian Hill Park and the U Street Corridor. We have a settlement agreement in place to complete some cleanup work on the building in order to get the builsiong sold.
